I had an issue with my remote and I called and spoke with Candance and I surely hope that the lasko corp knows what a great employee they have in her and treat her accordingly. She is one of the best reps I have ever talked to she knows her job and her product! More companies need a Candance and i hope that her employer does everything possible to keep her Thank You so much for making my life a little easier. Sue
