I stopped in at our Shelton Les Schwab tire center with a nail in my tire, fully expecting to pay to have it repaired. To my surprise, the friendly person who took my information also told me, "No charge". To me, this goes above and beyond good service. This company builds relationships that make you want to go back (which we will) and buy tires. They are honest and trustworthy and we have done business with both the Puyallup division and the Shelton division and found both to be VERY customer oriented. I have never had any reason to feel that service was anything but GREAT. Thank you, Les Schwab, for making my day!!!!!
