Great Car Restoration, At not such a Great Price

I love this show. My favorite at the time of this post. However, the prices are though the roof. He did a convertible (non SS) 1964 Impala with a 327 for a guy in the Military, that was serving oversees. He charged him $90,000 for the restoration. If it were my shop, I would've given him a $10,000 discount for his Military Service (I think that would've gone a long way in showing Dan as a person that has compassion for others) and he still would've been in the black $40K. Seems he needs to make $50K plus in profit to do a restoration. The same fellow could've gotten a completely restored 1964 Impala SS 409 Convertible with buckets seats and a 4 speed for a good $20,000 less. Breaks my heart.
