I have been staying with them for a year so far. And I never had any negative experience. No technical problems. No delays. No extra charges. All the ATMs work properly. And the staff strives to help every customer. The only minus is huge lines. This place is rather busy, especially on weekdays. But again the staff does everything in their power to move through lines swiftly and to help every customer deal with all the issues as quickly as possible. They involve additional tellers and reroute customers to ATMs whenever it is possible. Sure, there is always a person who is happy to help you deal with an ATM if needed.
