Grass seeds

Bought grass seed at Costco (2) bags, thinking I got premium seeds. Turns out nothing had germinated, so I call Scotts customer service, explained the situation, no questions asked, explained to me Scott brands are 100% customer satisfied guaranteed, and offered me a refund. Maybe I got old seeds from Costco who knows............ User's recommendation: Call Scotts customer sevice and get an explanation.
