Grass Seed order

Ordered two bags of "highly rated" grass seed direct from Scotts. Order confirmation email stated shipping info would be forwarded on shipping initiation. One bag (of two ordered) showed up within 10 days, with no shipping email provided. Two weeks later, no word on second bag on grass seed (already paid for...). Called customer service multiple times - never a human after long, long wait times. Opted for the call-back finally - never happened. VERY disappointed in what is supposed to be a reputable company. Perhaps shave a couple of million off the CEO's salary and actually provide customer service? Just a really random thought... :-) User's recommendation: Buy elsewhere - buy competing products that actually give a crap.
