I booked a trip in January, 2020 to Spain and Portugal for May 20,2020, they cancelled the trip and "rebooked" me on the trip for May, 2021....I do not want to go, despite their most recent offer of $1,500 in perks if I would again allow them to "rebook" with a final usage of 2023...(and get this, if I agree, I could give my credit to someone else). When I said no, I was told the process for my refund was started on 12/23....now I can't even get through on the phone to request that an email be sent to me confirming this cancellation! RUN, Don't WALK and get the *** away from GCT
