GPS sent Grab driver to the wrong address

I booked a Grab car this afternoon Saturday, 17/07/2021 at 5.05 PM. When I booked a car, Grab apps automatically put me in Far East Flora, 565 Thomson Rd. It was the wrong postcode and address. Then I sent the Grab driver a special message that I'm waiting at Sing298140, 555 Thomson Rd. The driver didn't seem to read my message. Because of that, Grab charged me $3 for waiting fee, which I think it's not right! The car plate number was SMW2941X, Purple Honda Shuttle, Driver name: Ng Teck Koon (Huang Dekun) 5.0 I never had any problems communicating with any other transport companies, your Apps doesn't seem to be user friendly.
