Last week,I wanted to get my service restored,paid my monthly payment,after the payment she said they would have to replace my GPS because the current one I have didnt work anymore,I said the current one I have wasnt that old,just got it last year. She ordered an new GPS and said I would receive it in the mail in a couple ok f days and I haven't received it yet so I called today to see why I haven't recieved it but cant get anybody..thanks
