Gouged for shipping cost.

I purchased one (1) propeller and the shipping was $6.50 (high for a item that weighs less than an ounce). I added a second propeller (same item) and I was again charged $6.50 for shipping. Normally (all other hobby stores) shipping is combined on small items so that this lack of customer care and satisfaction does not happen. Called tech support and found that they are completely clueless and have zero knowledge of shipping or any other company function. I will not shop at HobbyKing again and will continue with Horizon Hobby that cares about its customers. Do not shop at User's recommendation: Do not shop at HobbyKing.
