Got Your Authentication Code? I Haven’t received it thru email or text

So I recently purchased a new phone so I put the rush card app on my phone and set up everything, when it goes to the Got Your Authentication Code screen nothing is being sent to me I've updated my email still nothing. I've been waiting 4 business days for someone to help me due to them sending it up to tech and still no email or call. I'm over them at this point I've been with them for over 10 years and now I'll take my business somewhere else User's recommendation: Just get a bank account.
