Got wrong item delivered, and was told the day of pickup and no call item still laying it my living room

We came in the IKEA store in Brooklyn, told the customer representative what we wanted. Got it delivered on time. However, after paying some $250. 00 to mount the item, only to realize one part is not what we wanted. We call customer service who give us a case number date and time that item will be pick up. It has been over a week no pick up, no call no credit.
