Got charged twice


I was charged twice on Monday march 7, for my haircut as they had some issues with their pin pad. Next day, I checked my transactions on my online bank account and I noticed two transactions. I called the store and told me I was charged twice and lady laughed at me. She asked me how is it possible. Come in store and we’ll see. I went there next day, the manager asked me to come next day as she said she can’t do a refund without receipt (I didn’t take receipt). I went there next day, the manager said she doesn’t have my transactions. I showed her my account transactions and she refused to take that in account. She completely refused to do anything for me even tho I have transactions. On top of that, She blamed me for paying twice. But I had to pay twice as the lady asked me to do so. I used same card twice, once Apple Pay and once physical card. The customer service I got when I asked for refund was terrible.
