Got charged even though payment was declined

I ordered a necklace that was about $14 and a ring that was $28 my payment for both were confirmed. They declined bc I was charged for Amazon prime. That being said, if my payments declined I should have that money in my bank account but I do not. I need a refund unless I can get those two items shipped to me. I already cancelled the payment so I cant find those orders anymore.
