We had roof repair done in November following Hrricane irma. We live in Henry county and used the Stockbridge location. We paid our invoice in cash only to 90 days later receive an invoice accusing of nonpayment and owing an additional $600 in late fees. My husband spoke with the office to try and resolve and all they said was they had no record of payment and then they sent a very nasty email threatening to start lien procedures on our property!! Thankfully i had saved the paid receipt they sent us and took it to the office manager in person. Hannah Smith is her name. She made no apologies and just said she had a lot of emails and her quickbooks still showed no payment. My suggestion is to stay away from them. They do good work but the office staff is very incompetent and makes unfounded threats when they are the ones at fault. They offer $25 in bill credit for positive reviews on google which is why they seem so good...they are bribing people. I have never been treated like that and dont want anyone else to either.
