Good shopping experience but with some negatives

I've been using eBay for years now and it has generally been a pleasant experience. The prices are often great and I love how easy it is to find what I'm looking for. That said, the customer service can be hit or miss, and I've had some unpleasant experiences with sellers in the past. Overall, though, eBay is still a great option for online shopping.
