I love shopping at Raleys in Jackson, Ca. Everyone is so helpful and I know most of the folks from my frequent trips there. I don't shop as much at Raleys as another place in town but I buy all my meat at Raleys and nut/soy milk. I find their sales better and in smaller amounts single folks can manage, (not having a frozen storage vault someplace....) They keep most of the nut milk line stocked and ready for purchase. And usually there's a sale on that. Prices prevent me from buying others of Raley's label unless there's a sale. I have been treated well by mostly smiling people. I only have a complaint over one worker who stocks and cashiers. She started out a decade ago pushing a broom and taking out the garbage. She had an attitude then and still does now that she is promoted. I usually ask to be checked out by someone else. She has been short with me and unhelpful. Flirting and loudly talking with male coworkers, likes attention and is arrogant. Don't know whether its my age, 77 or disability (I use the motorized carts) but she is disdainful of some of us. I feel like showing her my resume' to prove my worth. (I have had three professional careers).
