Good but not great

This is my second time I use the company’s services. There are some advantages and drawbacks about their work. On the one hand, the whole process is electronic and quick, the application process was pretty simple, too. On the other hand, when we went to see the apartment, the current tenant was at home, and it was a bit confusing. After completing the lease and paying the deposit we thought we concluded the deal but we continued to receive emails. We thought we missed something and had to contact our manager again and again.
