I ordered Item # LP3052-Y-Emerald-Gold on: 03/13/2021 Order#[protected]; packing slip# [protected] Returned item on: 04/30/2021 by UPS, Tracking # 1Z7VR7790385043102. Have tried numerous time to call # on their web page.I get a recording. Have tried thru my bank to have this company honor their 60 day money back Guarantee, without success. It has been taking this long to try to get our $309.98 refunder! Enclosed are photos of all this information. Please help us. You are our last resort. thank you, Robert C creer
