Can I transfer money from the UK to Thailand without staying in UK

I have an account in the UK and I want to transfer money back to Thailand. The problem is I cannot find the word Thailand in country I’m staying in. I wonder if I can transfer my money from my bank account in the UK to my account in Thailand while I live in Thailand?
