Been with Verizon for 14 yrs. Customer service calls are pointless. We spend over an hour each time with someone who can't speak English and repeated says sorry. They change your plan without permission, promise things which never get done, change your price every time you turn around with no explanation to be had. Their insurance is pointless and costs more than buying a new phone. Worse yet, they don't really give a *** Great cell coverage, but I'm sick of them. Moving on.dontdo business User's recommendation: Don't do business with them.
