I ordered 41 items for christmas gifts dec 13 2015 and still never recieved my items as of today nor have i recieved any kind of shipping reciept .so i called them today and was on hold for 30 minutes ,finally someone answered only to tell me they tried to call me days ago to make sure i had a correct address because they arent use to such a high purchase which was only 242.00 it is christmas time remember!! So i was told that now that we spoke she could confirm my order and it now will take another 2 weeks to arrive !!! These items will now not arrive before christmas nor will my kids get the stuff as gifts which is total bs!!! Then i asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for another 30 minutes and i finally gave up and hung up .first of all i confirmed my *** order and address through my pay pal and the site ,second off why are you even calling me ? If i dont answer you could of emailed me days ago ! If i wouldnt of called today i would of never recieved anything ! When i do get my *** order it will be my last !!! This is the worst online business ive ever seen you should be ashamed of yourself and ruining my christmas gifts too how pathetic!!
