We have had altice for a few months. The idea is great but the service speed Is god awful and the wifi never works. We have 500mb/s service speed which should be MORE than enough, yet can barely get one device to render or download even a damn facebook page. This is by far the absolute worst internet provider in existence. There isn't even a dedicated service center, you just get run around for hours with no help. I am beyond furious with this I can barely even type this. I can't even use the ***** internet in my house. I'd love to find the person who's responsible for Altice existing and sucker punch them. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE.
