i spent a total of 8 hours on the chat line they should call it the lip service double talk line And they could not get my iPhone to work. so i called the chat line again last night to cancel my service after one hour he or the robot told me he would be wright back. one more hour goes by so i asked him whats going on. and he said he cant do anything wright now because he was busy so in the end i got nothing let me tell you i have been a customer of optimum for over 30 years never had a PROBLEM SERVICE WAS GREAT..but i will tell you if altice is the new company stay away PS all they do when you call up is send you to someone else i aiso went to the store because they told me to but was told o no we don't do that here
