everything others have complaints about I have experienced, I activated 1 line they charged me for 2, it took over 2 hrs just to get cell to work text and data never did I told them to call me or give me a number to call them, they refused, told me they would call me back in a day or 2, never did, text and data started working part time after 2 days, never could call certain numbers, no matter how many times I contacted they online they could not get my phone to work, 2 days before they were to bill me I cancelled then they still charged me so after several complaints about returning stolen funds on my card they said they would issue a refund in 4 to 6 weeks,they have no problem taking my money but will not give it back, I turned it over to my credit card company and they reversed it, so now I will be contacting the attorney general's office for the state of Texas and the FCC may be interested in their very questionable practices, you would expect this from some rip off foreign country but not from someone how is supposed to be a legitimate cable internet communications company in the USA, now they will be loosing customers from Suddenlink because of the way Altice has stole from me
