We purchased a couch and two recliners, the couch had several issues after only a couple of months. We went into the N. Peters store and were explaining this to the girl at the front desk she was being very nice. The GM David Tom came flying out of his office very belligerently and tried to put us on the defensive by getting in our face about the issue. The poor girl cowered back like he would strike her. Every time we would try to speak he would talk over us very loud and disrespectfully . We were so angry we just walked out. I cannot believe a company would allow the kind of behavior he displays, to both the customers as well as the employees it is just a matter of time before this company is sued because of his actions. Nothing has been resolved, we are contemplating as to what actions we will take against both the store and David Tom.
