This vacation travel club only answer so phone when its convenient. I purchased and left there intending on using it immediately and was given no member login so a week went by from Thursday to Tuesday and I was not able to use it because my vacation time was over. When I went to the office where I purchased it The man who is the general manager was 10 shades of rude rude rude. I will give him a little grace and mercy because he had just buried his brother-in-law. My opinion is he should have been at home grieving and not taking it out on the customer.
