I ordered and paid for a pair of glasses on July 8, 2020. When they came in I wore them for a couple of weeks and knew they were not right. I brought them to my original eye doctor who checked the prescription, and they were made incorrectly. LensCrafters agreed and ordered another pair which I received in August. I was going in almost weekly to get them adjusted and to tell them they were not right. It did me no good. Finally, I took my prescription to Walmart, and they ordered a pair, and they were like night and day. I could see clearly and very sharp. LensCrafters would not issue any kind of credit to me. User's recommendation: Not to use them.
