Glamour Gold is a Scam

Here is an up date in regard to the Glamour Gold Drama. As a reminder I this product was being sold as a product owned or endorsed by Lara Spenser of Goodmorning America. The third party selling this product Sunnyskincream. To this day, no one knows who this company is or how to contact them. It was offered on a trial basis with payment of shipment only $4.95. When I was to receive product if I did not like the product I was to return it and cancel in future orders. Saying yes to the $4.95,became a subscription contract. When I received the product in was sent in a soft paper packaging, My product arrived damaged. There was no product information in the shipping package, and nothing other than the cream. No paper work with return address, no customer service number, no paperwork of any kind. Preventing me from contacting the company. And because of that, I could not cancel the membership, prior to their 14 day demand I contacted my bank cancelled my credit card thank God, they only got me for about $300 My back figured out who this company is, derived their address and contact number. Glamour Gold informed my back, I did not cancel the subscription with 14 days sorry. My bank provided me finally Glamour gold contact number. I called and talk for about 40 minutes to Felix #159 of their customer service. Felix assured me my bank never contacted them. Felix stated how does he know, my bank may have provided to me a refund and now I am attempting to fraud them by receiving addition refund. Felix, said he was very sorry, requested my bank actually contact Glamour Gold and assure them a refund to me has not been issues. Felix assured me I would receive a refund based on my product being damaged and no product or company information provided in the packaging. Felix further stated he has inputed our entire conversation as proof we had talked. This was Friday September 28th. On Monday I called my bank and informed them I had finally talked with Glamour Gold. My bank requested I call Glamour gold back and get infor to return to them the product. On Monday Oct. 1, I did call Glamour Gold and a supervisor answered the call. I was thrilled I am talking to a supervisor. I told her my story. She responded, there is no documentation in my account that my bank ever contacted them, and their is no documentation that I ever talked to Felix #159. I was told by the supervisor she would gladly provide me a refund however it has been to long. I needed to contact them within 30 days. I quickly called my bank, informed them Glamour Gold does not want me to sent them the damaged product. The good thing, I have the product unopened. The jar is cracked, the lid had a seal that needs to be removed, as to be able to open the jar. This seal is still in tact. I have been instructed by my bank to bring the product into the bank, they will take a picture of the damaged unopened product and fax this information to my banks/fraud department. I was very stupid falling for this scam. The smart thing I did was cancel my credit card. Glamour Gold informed me they have sent 8 payment demands to my bank each for $94 & $84. Actually the total demands each month $178. x 8 months=$1,424. add to that the three charges I did end up paying for. $1,424 +$242=$1,666. I say this because if I had not cancelled my credit card, jars of this crap would have been sent to me every month. Fraud/lie # 1 Fraud/lie #2 Fraud/lie #3 Fraud/lie #4 I am just one consumer, however I believe I am not the only person this has happened too. This company has made millions scamming consumers and they are getting away with it.
