We bought 4 value packs from bjs. We went through the first pack of 5 wax wick's and bought additional two pack of plug ins..we loved the Hawaiian island sent so much..To our suprise we went through them fast like three weeks..now there not working all 8 plug ins are not working..we bought two more and they worked for three days..a total of 12 plug ins not working..what is going on??your products are not doing well..we love this so much..please give us a solution Thanks Peter
