I had a very unfortunate accident at the allergia hotel in Long Beach NY That landed me in the hospital and that I booked through hotel tonight . Days later the hotel was not responding to me or refunding me , as i never ended up staying there .. I reached out to hotel tonight and against their policy of no refunds they kindly and gladly accommodated me for a refund. Thank you very much! User's recommendation: Always reach out and ask.
