First the site was down for a week due to updated so gift cards won't work. Now that works and the site is down for orders. If it's not one thing it's another with them. I used to love and shop heavily with this brand . This will be my LAST purchase and am deleting the app and removing emails. This is the worst company to purchase from. Customer service team can only make "notes" no manager available when requested. Can't wait for this to be forever to cut them off forever. User's recommendation: Never shop here again.
