I have been a member for over 15 years. Shipping has jumped to $11.99 for 3 products. They increased the price again and the product amount keeps shrinking. I also don't like being forced to have 2 shipments a year if I want to stay a member. Why can't I just order once a year? I am still a loyal customer. I just can't afford to be their customer anymore. User's recommendation: Find another product that can be bought off a shelf.
