Getting the wrong prop and not getting a refund

I ordered a new prop for our boat and they sent the wrong one. I called them and they gave me the runaround and told me to send pictures which I did. A few weeks went by and I called and e- mailed them and finally they told me to send it back for a refund. I paid 20 dollars to send it back and I did not hear anything for another couple of weeks after I called and e- mailed them again. They reported that they were unable to locate it in their warehouse . I sent them the tracking number more than once and I keep sending them e- mails. It has been more than a couple of months getting the run around. I am very disappointed with this place and will never buy another thing from them again. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!
