I Bernadine Torres has been trying to send A Zelle transfer from my account since Monday 6/21/2021. My profile has been on hold - I called 3 time to resolve the matter, but all I get is we will release it, Jeffery said, I will expedite it right away-24hr wait - today at 10:49 am - Laura, sent email to manager-tired 3 times - no answer from manager got wait 24hrs again - get email. Only email I get is account on hold we need to verify you-What'' going on with run around??? Someone not doing their job here
