Getting sent the wrong item for the second time and not getting my money back yet.

I ordered a Rockpals air purifier and an extra filter. It is round and the extra filter they sent was square. They were out of the same air purifier so I bought one at a store near me after speaking to a clerk there. I bought it and got a free filter with it. It is much better as the time it runs doesn't run out unlike the Rockpals air purifier I bought that ran for 8 hours and then stopped. Yesterday I was sent another Rockpals filter and have spent time trying to call their customer service 3 times today and they have never returned my call. What can I do about it??? They always have me talk to someone in India who obviously doesn't understand me and I don't understand me. Can I please speak to someone who speaks English.
