Getting ahold of customer service about an itinerary.

The wife and I planned a trip to Hilton Head Island thru travelocity. The wife did not travel due to Covid symptoms. My connecting flight into Hilton Head was late due to inclement weather and the rental car service was closed. (Avis) Summary...I paid $888 for the trip. The wife did not travel and I did not get a rental car. I am not too concerned about the air travel but i would like to be reimbursed or a voucher for the car that I did not use.
