Getting a refund in the stated 10-15 business days is a joke

Canceled my order and my subscription but received products anyway. Put in mail on aug 4 and tracked with UPS. according to tracking package was received on Aug 8. Here I am September 4th trying to understand why my refund hasn’t gone through. Got an email today stating it would be 5-7 days for refund to appear on CC Refund should have been posted August 29th at the latest. I kept getting the run around. Products aren’t any better than other brands that cost less. But the return and refund policy of such a “big” business should be much more efficient.
