I order a Get Smart Smokers Kit plus car charger for electronic cigarette in Oct.'09. I have not received it. I have had numerous phone conversation with them and never get anywhere.I have my order number and everything. The one time I talked to a lady that said I would get a refund. Next time I called, she no longer worked there and was told she did not have authority to refund. One time I tracked it to New York and they said I just had to wait til they shipped it. I am so angry. You cannot email them and now I call and there is a recorded message to contact them by email. NO email address. They have used my $300.00+, since Oct.16th, 2009. Please do not order from them.
