General Observation in dealing with WOW

This company is by far the WORST cable TV provider I have ever dealt with. I purchase their product for an elderly home bound relative living in another state. I would have switched to Comcast or Direct TV long ago except for the fact I am dealing with an elder that does not like change and at 90 I am not about to deal with the blowback. It seems WOW increases their rates it seems on a monthly basis. Contact C/S to negotiate a service plan and the month after your subscription rate will increase anyway. The service is poor and programming mediocre (in my opinion). Subscribers / consumers flee to another customer friendly service provider. WOW loses customers and then to cover their declining customer / subscriber base, WOW raises the rates on the remaining customers. Hopefully this company will soon go the way of the milkman, file for Chapter 7 or 11 bankruptcy and another company buys them out that knows what the *** they are doing. How WOW has survived as long as they have, is a testament to the stupidity of the American consumer. Me included for staying as a customer. But you asked for an opinion.
