Scam email stated my account would automatically be renewed I called the company to ask them not to renew because I have never heard of them. They insisted I download alpemix so that they could gain access to my computer and give me the cancelation form. I explained to them to just send a link for the cancelation form and they would not do it. The company was trying to use this software to gain access to my computer and put on virus I laughed into the phone and told them I would call them if I needed anything and please leave. E alone User's recommendation: Do not believe these emails.
