Add me to the list of MAD customers. Not sure if this makes me feel better or worse. I too placed an order on May 24th money was taken from my account next day and sent a confirmation #. To date still no product. I've email and messaged only to be directed to thier shipping policy link. Well they've broken thier own policy. Now when I call the phone number it has been disconnected! I have asked on numerous occasions to be contacted to give me an update, and nothing... No response.I fear I have no recourse now.would like to get my money back, but not sure how. I had know idea so many others we're in the same boat. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
