purchased item on June 7th 2021, item was delivered June 18 2021, Item did not work, wouldn't spin or drain. Called service June 18 2021, service call was scheduled for July 1 2021, no show, service was rescheduled for July 2 2021 also a no show . Called customer relations case # [protected] was to be reviewed. no one has gotten back to me . when I recalled the # i was put on hold for 2.5 hours then was hung up on.I've had enough, I want my money back and the co. to come this machine out of my house.
