I got a call b4 7 am saying service was restored but it wasn't. Friend in Antioch had same call before 6am and her service was off. Finally was able to get a body...hate hate hate your automated line... was told had a problem with the automated return caller... service was finally restored. Understood was overwhelmed with so much damage but calls made that were true added fuel to the problem. Thanks to the hard working guys n gals. User's recommendation: keep trying til you get a live body on phone.
