Gas turned off during lunch service

05/21/2019 Atmos came by on 05/21/2019 during the middle of lunch service in our restaurant and turned off the gas with no notice. Called the emergency hotline and was told it was not an emergency to them. Had to have 10 tables leave. Called service department they first said it was because I didnt call them when I had made the payment on 05/19/2019 Later after getting a supervisor they were unsure as to what had happen. Was told they may get it turned back on before dinner service. We would lose $1500-$3500 because of it. No choice but to use these guys and they just dont see why it was problem. They are going to remove fees they had charge to disconnect. So kind of them!
