Paid in advance, promised 5, yes 5 times to deliver and nothing w/ -0 temps in Colorado. Cancelled and promised a check refund on 3 phone calls and nothing. Last call said they would put it back on my card. 9 days and nothing. Can't talk to India or Packistan folks any more, They are hiding. Need a Lawyer. Reported it to the State Govt consumer affairs. User's recommendation: Don't even think about it. Horrible people, and worse Co.
