Gas line

Dominion gas will not fix gas line from curb shut off to meter.. They gave me a book to show how to lay the line.. Went to their website and it said they take care of line to the meter. Called customer service and was told we don't do that anymore.. Pure *** If I could I would use a different heat source.. Charge the homeowners think that's all they know..
