I am a contractor and am sorry to say I have installed thousands of Shitset locks. Just bought a front door key pad, smartphone compatible. After spending an hour plus trying to program a code I called the “help” line. After about 30 minutes on hold was connected to a so-called “tech”. After about another 15 minutes of wasted time he tells me I cannot input an entry code without the app. WHAT? No WiFi at new property yet. Tried to download app, Apple ID, verify payment method again, payment method declined on and on, the whole time I’m attempting to get the app, the “tech” brian kept asking and interrupting do you have the app? No if you would quit asking and interrupting and let me focus I will get it. After multiple interruptions he said they could call me back but couldn’t wait any longer. The wait for him was a small fraction of how long I was on hold. I asked to talk to his superior and was put on hold for an absurd amount of time realized I was wasting more time. There are no words to describe the frustration with a so called legitimate company. . Never again.
