My garage door is broken. It is unable to be opened. My car is locked inside. I have been calling sears garage dept and home number for the last 8 days to no a avail. I have a service contract for which I paid &211.08. What good is it if I cant get repairs done or reach a human being to schedule. I had to pay a garage service contractor to fix the problem and pay $240. Please cancel my account and refund the amount remaining til 3/2023. User's recommendation: Do not buy a service protection contract from Sears.
