Gap claim paid waiting on refund

This company lacks sense of urgency to the consumer. I had an Auto that was totaled back in jan of this year. The insurance company handled their portion and the rest was to be covered by GAP. 3 weeks pass by and I keep getting told that the loss department would be sending documents over for claim. 3rd week and March and Am still waiting. I then gather all documents myself and get claim started. Meanwhile I have to continue to make payments on an auto i no longer have and was reassured i will get reimbursed once claim gets processed. The claim was paid 4/19/21 and was told I have to wait 30 days for my refund of 882.And some change. Here we are 6/24/21 and as of today my refundáis still PENDING!!!
